Place was beautifully decorated and modern, greatly enjoyed the stay.
All the staff were best, pleasant. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the city center, the Nervion waterfall and the square in the charming town of Orduña.

Sincerely, it was a really enjoyable stay for one night. It had an amazing and marvellous location - few metres away from Palacio Olaso. And the area was beautiful, close to the Nervion waterfall, the main town square-an old Custom's yard, and the plaza.
Their staff were inexperienced.

Our stay at Balneario Orduna Plaza was excellent. The value for money was great and our room was spacious and modern with a high ceiling. The location on the plaza was fantastic and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety and options.

It was a very enjoyable stay for one night. The location was amazing, in the city center, convenient to go everywhere. The really helpful staff members provided a few recommendations.
There was something as food missing.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right on the square in a charming town was simply perfect. I loved being able to step outside and be surrounded by the beauty of the Plaza Major. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to help. They even surprised me with birthday cakes for my daughter and allowed us to have an early breakfast when we had to leave early one morning. The hotel also offers a free private parking, which was very convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, services, and amenities provided here were truly exceptional.

Fabulous scenery, off the tourist trail but close to Bibao. Impressive old Customs House building. Reasonably priced with menu in English. Great staff and well-equipped gym.
Nothing not to like.

I booked two rooms at this hotel as it was near to Bilbao port for return ferry home. We had a very nice evening meal, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, relaxing & in tranquil town
We were disappointed to discover on arrival that our little girl aged 7 wasn't allowed to go into spa at all. We had built it up as a treat for being in the car for 6 hrs. The rooms decor was a little worn and tired / things broken (jacuzzi bath didn't work, bath cracked, mould / water ingress stains around bath and tiles). For a couple I'm sure the spa is superb, but had I seen the standard of the rooms first, and known about the no-children policy on the spa, then I wouldn't have booked and would have looked elsewhere.

I absolutely loved the charming and elegant decoration of the hotel. The neoclassical building and its beautiful interiors transported me back in time. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. It felt like a truly grand and luxurious place to stay.
One thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Although the staff themselves were lovely, I would have appreciated a bit more support and attention, especially considering my age.

99% of the staff at the hotel couldn't have been nicer (one waitress was very sour). The spa staff & facilities were beautiful. The hotel itself is a beautiful building but is marred by graffitti on and around it. The corridors could also do with brighter lights in the areas that are not close to the windows. A larger lounge would have been better for our particular group, but this may not be a requirement of the hotel in general. The area itself is quite remote and is mainly used by locals. If you are hoping to do shopping, walk to a beach, or eat in restaurants, this is not the place for you. Bilbao centre is 45 minutes away by motorbike, as is the nearest beach. On the other hand, if you lave tapas and don't want to do any shopping, Orduna is most definitely the place for you.
1 waitress who was very sour. While the restaurant did try to vary their evening menu, we would be of he opinion that they did not cater to typical Irish taste. A larger lounge and brighter corridors would have been beneficial.

I stayed at the Balneario Orduna Plaza for one night before visiting the Nervion waterfall. The hotel is located in a charming village and the rooms are spacious and modern with high ceilings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. They surprised us with cakes for my daughter's birthday and even gave us a free spa access as compensation for a last-minute cancellation. The hotel also offers free private parking and an early breakfast option. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I recommend this hotel.
